Central Ohio home sales down 14.4 percent in June (The Columbus Dispatch)

The central Ohio housing market continued its prolonged slide in June, with sluggish sales and declining home values. The Columbus Board of Realtors said today that sales dipped by 14.4 percent in June compared with June 2007 in the Columbus and Central Ohio Multiple Listing Service.
